our 3-step process to create your bathroom sanctuary

STEP 1

Converse

This initial stage begins by completing a customer enquiry form via our website, including the measurements of your bathroom and a brief overview of your renovation project. Alternatively, you can book an appointment at our bathroom showroom at a convenient time for you.

Bring your room measurements and any ideas you may have so the bathroom design process can begin. We're always happy to consult with you and your bathroom fitter and talk through your bathroom ideas - should you feel this would benefit the creation of your dream bathroom.

Step 2

Create

We then work alongside you instore to shape the layout of your bathroom, ensuite, or wetroom. This process will be explored until we have the right room layout for you. As this is an entirely new process for most of our customers, we will offer our expert guidance and advice to make sure you get the very best out of your new bathroom design.

From here we are able to move onto the final creative stage, focusing on the choice of goods for your room. Our Articad-Pro design software enables us to create visually stunning design representations to help you to visualise your new bathroom space.

We will guide you through the decision process when it comes to bathroom suites, sanitaryware, brassware, cabinets, furniture, tiles and lighting, making sure each best suits your needs.

As an independent bathroom retailer, we are able to offer a wide range of designer and luxury bathroom ideas through our bathroom showroom displays, partner brands, and gallery of completed luxury bathroom installations to assist your decision making.

All bathroom suites and products have their own individual lead time and this will be discussed with you during the goods choice stage in order to reflect the aims of your project.

step 3

Complete

Once all goods have been selected, quoted and agreed by you and your bathroom fitter, we will then place your order with an agreed delivery timescale.

We'll contact you once all goods have been delivered to our bathroom showroom so you to arrange collection with your installer.

Alternatively, we can arrange delivery of your goods to your home address for an additional charge.
