Our full concept-to-completion service allows you to create the bathroom of your dreams, taking an idea and helping turn it into reality. Our process will see your bathroom project expertly handled from start to finish by our professional, highly experienced team of designers and fitters.

Our team will design and craft your perfect bathroom, ensuite, or wetroom using the highest quality materials from trusted brands, advanced techniques, and expert experience. Our specialist fitters are able to undertake all aspects of bathroom renovation works from plumbing and tiling to building works and electrical and gas installations. step 1

Converse

This initial stage begins with your choice of a home visit or an appointment at our luxury bathroom showroom at a convenient time for you.

We'll spend time talking through your bathroom ideas and offer design advice and inspiration to help create your bathroom sanctuary, matched to you and your lifestyle. This initial meeting will provide the necessary information from which the bathroom design process can begin.

We then work alongside you to shape the layout of your room. This process will be explored until you feel we have the right bathroom, ensuite, or wetroom layout for you. As this is an entirely new process for most of our customers, we expect there may be further revisions along the way as your project begins to come together.

Once the bathroom design has been decided, one of our lead installers will visit your home at a convenient time for you and carry out a detailed site survey where all measurements will be rechecked and the proposed new room layout will be evaluated.

From this, we can create an installation quote for all aspects of your bathroom renovation works.

STEP 2

Create

From here, we can move onto the final creative stage, focusing on the choice of goods for your luxury bathroom instore.

Our Articad Pro design software enables us to create visually stunning and accurately detailed bathroom design presentations to help you to visualise your new bathroom space. All designs created will be sent across to you via email, so you can further discuss your bathroom renovation project at home.

We'll also guide you through the decision process for your bathroom suites, sanitaryware, brassware, cabinets, furniture, tiles, and lighting.

As an independent bathroom retailer with a number of trusted partner brands, we're able to offer a wide variety of designer and luxury bathroom ideas. We also have fantastic displays at our showroom in East Yorkshire and a project gallery featuring our completed luxury bathroom installations to assist your decision making and ideation.

Complete

Once all goods decisions have been made, an installation date mutually agreed by you and your lead installer can be booked in for your bathroom renovation.

Your bathroom installation will then commence, with your lead installer continuing to work closely with you, keeping you updated regularly as your bathroom renovation project progresses.

All elements of our bathroom installations are project managed by The Bathroom Sanctuary. All works are organised by us and our bathroom fitters, including the organisation of skips, the complete rip-out of the existing room, and disposal of all waste. This also includes any plumbing, tiling, electrical work, plastering, joinery, building and construction works required.

Once all installation works are finished and your new bathroom renovation is complete, your lead bathroom fitter will take you through your new room. They will make sure you're able to use all of your new bathroom fixtures and fittings with ease and confidence.

All works will be signed off by yourself and your lead bathroom fitter before your new bathroom renovation is considered complete.
