We pride ourselves on offering a bespoke, personalised experience with one-to-one consultations, out-of-hours appointments, and home visits to facilitate each customer's individual needs.
Here at The Bathroom Sanctuary, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our customers. We love nothing more than when a customer returns to us to assist with future projects, or drops by following a recommendation from a friend.
We manage each bathroom project personally, from the early concept stages to final installation, ensuring the customer has one point of contact throughout the entire process.
Over 30 years' experience in luxury bathroom design
Paul & Katie have over 30 years of experience designing luxury bathrooms to suit all styles and spaces. Their outstanding design skill and knowledge, unrivalled attention to detail, high quality products, and outstanding customer service ensure your dream bathroom project is in safe hands.
Paul has spent over three decades in the industry, working for some of the largest high street retailers from Yorkshire to London. His expert advice, designs, and attention to detail is second to none. He is always happy to meet both new and returning customers to skillfully assist in each individual bathroom design, from the contemporary one bedroom studio to the classic luxury townhouse.
Katie manages the company’s financial obligations, accounts administration, and legal requirements. She brings a wealth of experience in customer relations, organisational, and professional skills that are integral to ensuring The Bathroom Sanctuary’s efficiency.
As a husband and wife team, Katie and Paul work closely on the future development of The Bathroom Sanctuary, always striving to be the best they can be.

Converse
Our services start with a home visit or appointment at our showroom.
This is when we discuss ideas, share advice and inspiration, and gather everything we need to start the design process.
Once we’ve agreed on the perfect design for your space, we’ll carry out a detailed site survey to inform an installation quote for your project.

Create
Next, your chosen ideas are brought to life by our specialist in-house designer.
Using ArtiCAD, a leading software, you'll get bespoke, 360-degree design representations to allow for final selections.
This stage also typically involves in-depth consideration of elements like colours, textures, styles, and features.

Complete
Finally your full renovation project is made a reality by our fully qualified, experienced installation teams.
Alternatively, your goods will be supplied to your chosen bathroom fitter.
You'll be kept fully informed as your project progresses, with our teams work directly with you to allow for full transparency.
